Microgreens are harvested only ONCE—but there are a few exceptions like pea shoots or wheatgrass which we can harvest twice.

Microgreens stay fresh upto 12days refregirated after harvesting.
4.Is it possible to cultivate microgreens without soil?
YES you can. grow. Microgreens are picked at such an early stage of development that they do not require soil or even a nutrient solution. This makes them great if you don't have enough space for potting mix bags and don't want to deal with the cleanup.
