OMG, Roasted Red Pepper pesto is spicy and delicious; whatever you drizzle it on, you’ll devour. It's creamy, rich, natural, and has a lovely colour, which is essential as we eat with our eyes first. It freezes well, and you can store it for 12 days, but I doubt you'll have any leftovers once you've tried it.
